Allegra Boverman/Gloucester Daily Times. A woman was taken to Addison Gilbert Hospital after an accident on Railroad Avenue in Rockport on Tuesday afternoon. Many residents nearby the accident rushed to assist her and help out at the scene, including Colin Phillips of Railroad Avenue, who was one of several people who helped pull her out of her vehicle.
