Cape Ann TV, together with the Healthy Gloucester Collaborative, the Gloucester Youth Council and actress and teacher Heidi Dallin are producing the PSA to warn teens about the dangers of impaired/drugged driving. Scenes were also shot near Good Harbor Beach. The PSA will be shown at Gloucester High School and aired on Cape Ann TV.
