Lisa Ryan and her daughter Katie, 11, who were walking to benefit the Sawyer Free Library, lead a group of walkers down the hill in Stage Fort Park at the start of the 27th annual Pride Stride fundraising event Sunday in Gloucester. Hundreds of people turned out despite the damp, chilly weather to raise money for a variety of Cape Ann causes.
