The late Lura Phillips (1900-1994) , left, is pictured here with close friend Gunilla Caulfield. Caulfield will present Rockport selectmen with a check for more than $100,000 from Phillips' estate that will go toward restoration work at Millbrook Meadow, the seaside park that Lura helped to save from becoming a parking lot in the 1950s.
