Making a Corral for Cell Phones

English teacher Gloria Tanner fixes her "cell phone corral" Tuesday in preparation for the start of the school year at Manchester Essex Regional High School. Tanner says its a challenge for a teacher to deal with students who are constantly checking their electronic devices. She now asks all of her students to turn off their phones when they enter the room and place them in the "corral" until the end of class.
