Gloucester: Rockport eighth grader David Kluge works on soldering the toggle switches that control the left and right movement of his submersible remote operated vehicle at the Maritime Heritage Center Thursday afternoon. 20 Rockport Middle School students have spent their vacation week at the Maritime Heritage Center building remotely operated underwater vehicles.
