Allegra Boverman/Gloucester Daily Times. Mac Bell of Gloucester is collecting signatures in order to get on the ballot to run for mayor of Gloucester. He was downtown on Monday and Tuesday collecting signatures and then went to City Hall to file them with the city clerk.
