Police Band Performs

Essex Police Chief Peter Silva, left, and Groveland Police Sergeant Dwight McDonald perform Tuesday with the group Uncharted Watahs during an all-school assembly at Manchester Essex Regional Middle/High School in Manchester. Besides the guitar, Silva also played drums and sang with the group.
