TS Burnham, 13, of Gloucester plays Farah, who observes the Egyptian holiday tradition of writing a wish for the new year in the sand on the banks of the Nile River on Christmas Eve and watching the river wash it away, during rehearsals last week of the new "Christmas in Egypt" scene in the annual "Holiday Delights" show produced by the Gloucester Stage Company's Youth Acting Workshops. The show, directed by Heidi Dallin, will be staged Friday at 7 p.j., Saturday at 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., and Sunday at 3 p.m. at the Gorton Theatre, 267 Main Street in Gloucester.
