Huge chains pull the Phyllis A, a historic fishing boat based in Gloucester Harbor since 1925, onto dry dock Friday at Gloucester Marine Railways on Rocky Neck. The 60-foot boat, built in 1925 for gill net fishing pioneer Albert Arnold, is the oldest former fishing vessel in the harbor.
