Plum Cove Elementary School fourth graders Kylie Cardone, foreground, and Madison Piriano-Novello navigate the Project Adventure obstacle course Friday at Manchester Athletic Club in Manchester. The club hosted third through fifth graders from Plum Cove on Friday, and another group from Beeman Memorial Elementary School last Wednesday, as part of its enrichment program. The program, offered free to area schools, included agility and strength training exercises and -- after the students had worked up an appetite -- a lesson in healthy snacking.
