Gloucester: Gloucester seniors Gus Margiotta, left, and Conor Ressel speak to fifth grade students, including Gregory Davis and Devon Quinn, right, about the benefits of hard work in Beth Lafata's classroom at Beeman Elementary School Thursday mornng. The program, which is a collaborative effort between Gloucester High school and the Cape Ann Moose Lodge, consists of eight students who speak to elementary school students about such topics as bullying and the importance of good manners.
