Peter Williams of Peter Williams Museum Services of Boston, talks about the various kinds of damage that has taken place on this mural that is next to the City Hall clerk's office, some also from the radiator below. This mural, titled "Poetry," is by Charles Allen Winter, who did many of the murals on the first floor. This work will be restored by him and his team.
