Gloucester: An Outrigger canoe arrives on Pavillion Beach a little after 11 a.m. after completeing the Balckburn Challenge Saturday morning. The rowing race is a 20-plus mile circumnavigation around points of Cape Ann that begins at the railroad bridge off the Cape Ann Marina around 8 a.m. and finishes at Pavilion Beach.
