Anita Pandolfe Ruchman of Rockport, a nurse by profession, opened up a special practice after she lost a teen-age child. She brings together her backgrounds in nursing, massage therapy, midwifery, childbirth education, and now pyscotherapy. She got her master's degree as a pyschiatric nurse practitioner at Mass. General. She is putting into practice the traditional nurse healer role of someone who cares for individuals and families throughout their life span. Her new business is A Tender Place.
