They had all been participating in Jungle Jim's Balloons, an event held by the Friends of the Rockport Library on Tuesday afternoon at the Legion Bandstand area on Beach Street. The program was part of the "Dream Big - Read" summer reading program. Jungle Jim played balloon games performed magic tricks and told stories.
