Allegra Boverman/Gloucester Daily Times. One seagull chick paces on the ground next to the handicapped ramp to the sanctuary of St. Ann Church on Thursday. It's one of a few that are almost ready to fly but not quite and are separated from their nests which are on top of the church's offices in the Pleasant Street complex.
