By mid afternoon Monday, the stock was dwindling on the shelves in the dairy department at the Market Basket in Gloucester. The produce and seafood departments were also hard-hit by a supply disruption caused by employees upset over the firing of Market Basket CEO Arthur T. Demoulas.
