Essex: Rhiannon Hurst and her dad Paul of Rockport are the first to get off the Essex River Cruise and Charters boat after taking a free cruise down the river with the rest of their family duirng Essex River Day Saturday. Essex River Day was a chance for people who don't have a boat to get a free ride down the Essex River so all can enjoy the beauty of the river.
