Allegra Boverman/Gloucester Daily Times. Some of the various greens that students at Veterans Memorial Elementary School were harvesting on Wednesday and would eat at lunch on Thursday. Students planted the various lettuces earlier in the spring. Also on Wednesday, students were planting beans that would be ready for harvest in the fall when they return to school.
