ALLEGRA BOVERMAN/Staff photo. Gloucester Daily Times. Gloucester: Master Origami Folder Michael LaFosse of Haverhill has been leading three origami workshops with O’Maley Middle School eighth graders. The workshops connected the work they were doing in math, English, science, social studies and art. One group of students made origami dogs, one group made sailboats and the last group made lighthouses, according to their “academic houses.” The finished pieces are being hung in the commons, some are already hanging above the stairwell.
