Gloucester: Investigators from various agencies including the State Fire Marhall's office, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Gloucester Police Department were on hand at the site of the Lorraine Apartment building Tuesday morning. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
