After first removing residue that had built up over decades, art restoration specialist Steve Roy uses a brush to apply a chemical coating to bring back the patina of Frederick Bagshaw's 1924 bas relief sculpture of the U.S.S. Gloucester on the Spanish War Monument at Prospect and Pleasant streets in Gloucester.
