Essex: A monarch butterfly hangs by it's chrysalis in the courtyard of Essex Elementary School Friday afternoon. This year about six monarch caterpillar's made thier chrysalises in the school's courtyard with three already hatched. One hatched in the kindergarten classroom and the butterfly was released out the window. Mary Muckenhoupt/Gloucester Daily Times
