A damaged ATV driven by Gloucester resident Robert Hovis, lies on the side of the train tracks just past the overpass on Route 128 near Blackburn Circle. Hovis was riding along the tracks and was forced to drive up and steep embankment and leap off the ATV to avoid being seriously injured. David Le/Gloucester Daily Times
