Allegra Boverman/Gloucester Daily Times. Scott and Peggy Rogers of Westerly, R.I., were visiting Maritime Gloucester last week while spending time in Cape Ann. They were looking at a monkfish on display in the aquarium. The monkfish was later tagged and returned to the ocean. Next to the monkfish were a crab and horseshoe crab.
