Modular Building Assembled

Workers attach a piece of the third story to a crane before hoisting it into place Monday at the new building going up at the corner of Washington and Mansfield streets in Gloucester. Fourteen pre-built modular sections, with kitchen and bathroom fixtures already in place, were being joined together to form the second and third floors of the new residential and commercial building.
