Playground Fundraiser

Bailey Valenzano-Hickey, left, with her 2-year-old, Thacher, and Rebecca Mahoney, with her two-year-old, Arden, are organizing a fundraiser Saturday night to pay for refurbishing Rebecca's Playground in Lanesville. The popular neighborhood playground, located at the St. Paul Lutheran Church on Washington Street, was built in 2002 in memory of Rebecca Ann Johnson, who died in 2000 at the age of 6.
