Eagle Scout candidate Craig Anderson, 17, stands near the Spanish American War Monument at the corner of Pleasant and Prospect Streets in Gloucester. Anderson is preparing to place posts at that site and many other war monuments around Gloucester with quick response (PR) codes that will enable visitors with smart phones to access background information about each monument.
