Gloucester: Under the direction of Dave Adams the Docksiders performed at Stop and Shop Saturday morning for Customer Appreciation Day. Stop and Shop also gave the Docksiders a check for $1,000 for the groups trip to Hawaii. Next April, The Docksiders will perform at the Polynesian Cultural Center, the Honolulu Hard Rock Cafe, all on the island of Oahum and aboard the USS Missouri, anchored at Pearl Harbor.it will cost approximately $60,000 to send all 27 band members to Hawaii, and the band has been holding fundraising concerts throughout the year.
