Gloucester: Tim Moutafis of Lanesville gets ready to go windsurfing on Niles Beach Wednesday afternoon. Moutafis has been battling Parkinson's Disease for 20 years and believes wind surfing helps him fight the disease. "Wind Surfing makes your body go beyond it's limits" Moutafis says explaining that people with Parkinson's Disease tend to live within the limits that the disease regulates. Because a windsurfer must push beyond his or her limits while out of the water wind surfing is a great exercise for someone like Moutafis, who is refusing to let a debilitating condition stop him from living life to the fullest. Moutafis windsurfs all year long and tries to go out twice a week. Mary Muckenhoupt/Gloucester Daily Times
