Patrolman Mark Foote stands next to a sign outside Gloucester police headquarters Wednesday remembering those who died in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The sign was one part of a memorial Foote set up in the area in front of the station. The sight is dedicated year-round to remember past members of the Gloucester police.
