Happy as a Clam 5K Race

Fourth-grader Libby McKinnon leads the pack in one of the preliminary kids' races Friday evening before the start of the 9th annual Happy as a Clam 5K race and walk at Essex Elementary School. More than 200 student, pre-school and adult runners participated in the PTO-sponsored event, which benefits enrichment programs at the school.
