An investigator with the U.S. Coast Guard examines a recreational fishing boat after it ran aground in the fog Monday on Gloucester's Back Shore. The lone occupant, a Gloucester man, ran the boat aground intentionally after it struck a rock and began taking on water. He was not hurt.
