Sewage spill

Sewer trucks use hoses to suck out sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) at the Dock Square Pump Station in Rockport after after a fire. The pump station was overwhelmed yesterday, prior to the fire, and discharged the waste into the harbor. 1/27/23
