PAUL BILODEAU/Staff photo. The military dog tags of Gloucester resident Barbara Pennington Black, who died in 2013, were recently found in boxes of old archives in Beverly. Black served in the navy in WWII as a Aerographer's Mate, which would be the equivalent to a metrologist today. 9/23/19
