Jace Carrigan watches as a postal worker sorts the mail for his own neighborhood Friday during a tour of the main Gloucester Post Office by students in Susan Destino's kindergarten class at Plum Cove Elementary School. The tour was tied into a story, "Miss Bindergarten Takes a Field Trip," that the kids are learning at school. Just like the character in the book, the Plum Cove kindergarteners visited the post office, the fire station and the library.
